1. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, there are so many online banking apps that you can add money to or refill at just as many locations that are free with little to no fees.This is the second time this month that I have had to borrow a friend's iPhone to use the app to deposit my paycheck, because there's a bug or something with the Android app and they have not been able to fix it.

2. I've moved on now and have a different online account with a new account I can roll over funds to credit account with a separate card for paying monthly on time payments and it's reporting to the three major credit bureaus.... a major plus with consistent on time monthly payments.

3. It's a waste if money and I wish I would have taken time to thoroughly read about the terms of the card before I paid for it and signed up with this NetSpend company.

1. Fix H-E-B Prepaid Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart H-E-B Prepaid: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the H-E-B Prepaid App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "H-E-B Prepaid" » Open H-E-B Prepaid » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for H-E-B Prepaid » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear H-E-B Prepaid app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from H-E-B Prepaid servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "H-E-B Prepaid" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check H-E-B Prepaid app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, H-E-B Prepaid might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall H-E-B Prepaid. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall H-E-B Prepaid then reinstall.

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make H-E-B Prepaid be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
