1. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, there are so many online banking apps that you can add money to or refill at just as many locations that are free with little to no fees.This is the second time this month that I have had to borrow a friend's iPhone to use the app to deposit my paycheck, because there's a bug or something with the Android app and they have not been able to fix it.
2. I've moved on now and have a different online account with a new account I can roll over funds to credit account with a separate card for paying monthly on time payments and it's reporting to the three major credit bureaus.... a major plus with consistent on time monthly payments.
3. It's a waste if money and I wish I would have taken time to thoroughly read about the terms of the card before I paid for it and signed up with this NetSpend company.
4. FIX THIS OR LOSE ANOTHER CUSTOMER.I've been using the HEB NetSpend card for 8 years now.
5. the screen freezes every single time I try to make a mobile deposit.
6. I refuse to continue to do that every time I need to check my account.
7. I had no issues prior to this, but if this isn't fixed ASAP, I'm going to have to go to a different option.WAY too many charges that come with this card.
8. The only reason I didn't do 5 stars is because of the ATM fees but there are ways to get cash back at the register.I was with NetSpend for several years with very few issues.
9. and for that I should pay a maintenance fee every month I don't think so!! is this app maintained by HEB or NetSpend, whichever you need to get your act together!!Fast and quick deposits and transfers.
10. There are online forums with complaints about the same issues I am having with this app.WTH, I used this app forever then all of the sudden, " Invalid username and/or password" .
11. I spend like $30-$50/ month on card charges.
