1. Who ever Ingo is, I suggest Netspend get a different mobile check provider because they are TERRIBLE.Horrible. Customers service is worse.
2. I ask to speak to manager get put on hold they never come back twice cause while on hold I called from another phone.I wouldn't give this service a fraction of a star, the customer support seems very kind and as far as you know answers all your questions to the best of their ability.
3. SCAM ALERT! COMPANY PREYS ON THE LOW INCOME! STAY AWAY!Card is great but customer service is horrible.
4. One reason was, " you need to deposit this again when check writer is available for verification." They're open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. so available at the time I deposited.
5. Ha well I was bamboozled into believing so, that is until I deposited a check and was lied to for 5 days straight after being told its just because they had to verify the bank.
6. Then when I couldn't handle it any longer 12 times calling in 6 days I got the truth....would have saved me time and undue stress for a simple honest answeI have great previous experience with the Travel Medical Services Industry.
7. The mobile check load also works with money orders, just give it a little time, and use wifi to do it.
8. I call to find out why every rep tells me fill out application online so I do but last question is about who owns a part of my business without answering that question I can't finish the app.
9. How are we supposed to connect NetSpend with our check writer? They obviously did not even try to call.Horrible and a nuisance.
10. I had to ask customers to resubmit the checks because ingo rendered my check useless.
11. Attempted to use their service after opening an account Transferred $100.00 into the account and after 3 days they could not find it.
