Then they wouldn't even credit me the $20 fee for 2 night delivery on a card that showed up in an envelope almost torn in half and card bent to where it was unusable and expected me to activate it!!love this card! better than all others, venmo, cash App, pay pal, American express serve, etc.... have had for over 5 years now and not 1 issue yet! kinda high fees but u get what you pay for as with everything in life! if it's free- it's probably not secure and it's making $ off u somehow, weather through adds - selling ur # to other companys to bother you with selling stuff u don't want ! I'm happy with my brinks prepaid card, an I'll pay the fees for the security I have with them!Terrible.
2. I'm being charged $3 every time I want to get a portion of my pay! Don't use this app!If your considering a prepaid card find another! I have been with Brinks for years and now when I needed customer service (which yrs ago was fine) now is worthless.

4. I will be changing banks this is the worst I've ever had too deal with.I have been trying to access my online account and I have not been able to see my statement for my pay.
5. I am so tired of downloading one app for you guys then using it for a while then told i have to download a different app and vice versa.. This have happened at least 4 times now i have to switch between the brinks app and the skylight app... Please get it together and get on one page.
6. 23 A MONTH!!!!!! This is very unexeptable and very poor CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Horrible app haven't been able too log in for 2 months.
7. The call center is located out of country and you can't understand a word they speak and when you ask kindly to repeat they get very angry and place you on hold for eternity then pick up and disconnect you.
8. Every phone call takes you through multiple computers before reaching a call center overseas, AND to top it all off they charge $2-$3 to withdraw from an atm or get cashback or make an online transfer.
9. This is not an issue with downloading the apps, its that Brinks keeps switching which app i can log into.This app is the absolute worst.
10. customer service and features are limited even if you have direct deposit.
11. Do not recommend! Any western union or netspend issues past or future will cause problems when you need access to funds.
