Also, on transfer page, the References field doesn't allow to write multiline and relatively long (detailed) texts.easy and fast, but no transaction history.The decision to enforce the use of soft tokens and remove the hardware token without an option to keep it - is pretty much in line with the bank's marasmic policy enforcement line.This is the most uncomfortable mobile banking ever.
2. Even the worst banks in Armenia have much better mobile banking apps.I'm getting the "Enter your 6-digit PIN" page with "Session expired" message continuously and I can't use the app even after several times correct PIN value is filled.
3. Cache cleaning, reinstalling - nothing helps!Could you add an opportunity to message to the service center, as during the pandemic it's almost impossible to have things clarified via telephone.
4. Nearly all mobile app of RA banks has possibilities to pay utilities, transfer to another bank, to be integrated to apple pay, or simply NFC pay by itself and so on.
5. That would be much appreciated.Useless. Worst banking app ever The only feature you can use to change your amount between your cards.
6. For now I would rate the app 3 stars, but in case of updates I will raise the grade.The 5th missing star is because of the lack of functionalities.
7. I would suggest introducing new features: for example making possible transfering funds to new beneficiaries.
