Loyal customer,App isn't available on some phones and is basically old style.The app has been fine for the 3 years since I got it but now I can't even get on I end up on NetSpend and then I'm told that I need the Ace flare account which is what I'm onNot the best reliable finance/banking company.
2. It really annoys me when I change phone's ss,and have to look this app up On the newly phone it says invalid password everytime I changed phones and I do not change passworddss I have had it,and I look it up late late it's a trip I have to change bank's it's to much log out.
3. Some months have 31 days in them, which throws my OverDraft Protection late, and y'all punished me for not having my account balance back to or above $0 within 30 days, I can not tell the Government when to send me my money.
4. paying the fee is useless now seeing as the app ISN'T BEING FIXED!!! Very frustrated that the issue is being blown off and not resolved.I love the convenience of the app.
