Waste of time foreign bank.I'd like to say thank you and yes there was some fraudulent stuff going on you guys do a good job and appreciate the professional service you provide as well as to being a bank they are really on top of there game with very surprising response time when something seemed fraudulent they immediately called and checked everything thank youNeed fix bugs I can't see anything on appso I deposited a check I waited there 7 days now my refund that posted I can't use because they locked my card this is getting ridiculous every day there's another problem with this Bank well the bank is through us alliance financial but restart controls all the card information in parts of it and they tell me that they can't do nothing about the lock that makes no sense right because restart controls the card such liars I want to lock off it's getting to the point where I'm going to conta...

2. Don't waste your time, there are plenty of better free options available.HORRIBLE. I only used it for ~3 weeks before my acct being closed for "fraudulent activities." Which would make sense if I actually did anything fraudulent, but I didn't in fact I barely even used the account at all... But nonetheless it's gone & now I have to wait for them to send me a check for my remaining balance, which they claim will happen once they determine that no fraud occurred (don't most banks determine that BEFORE closing your account??).

3. Stay away!Why when I try to deposit funds from my external bank account, it tells me incorrect account owner! But that is definitely not the case.

4. I tried their mobile check deposit for the first time and the app told me that I would have some of my funds available to me the next business day.

5. He approved the so called fraudulent activity and card was unlocked but still continued to block all Microsoft transactions.

6. I linked my other bank account and it still says the same thing.

7. Avoid at all costs.I've never seen anything like this bank before and will never do business with them again.

8. I found out a few days later that they choose to hold new customers checks for 7 BUSINESS days.

9. She wouldn't do squat to help me and did not care about losing my business.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Restart Issues

1. Fix Restart Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Restart: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Restart App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Restart" » Open Restart — Mobile Banking App » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Restart » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Restart — Mobile Banking App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Restart servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Restart — Mobile Banking App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Restart app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Restart might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Restart. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Restart then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Restart not working


2. Fix Restart Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Restart be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Restart not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Restart may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
