1. There have been a few instances where I've made a payment on a Thursday, but it didn't reflect in our credit limit until 5 business days later (QUITE an annoyance when you're traveling).Everything is at my fingertips! It keeps up with how my spending is... Will even break it down into how much spent in each category! I love how easy it is to send and receive money to & from friends & family.
2. Before, it was click on bill pay and pay the full balance or a selected amount, then it wanted you to double check the pay in full causing you to navigate backwards to get that amount, and now its not a bill pay but a transfer. The good: The banking app is great and comprehensive, allowing you to perform most everything without having to visit a bank branch.
3. You have to open up the website for this basic function (and even there they make it more difficult than it needs to be with little details that emphasize internal transfers and hide external transfers instead of just showing all your verified linked accounts together).
4. B of A sends out unnecessary payment reminders for credit card bills that have already been scheduled on their website.
5. The last update just shuffles things around without adding any additional functionality. The app is wonderful overall: 1) It easily interfaces with my phone to allow biometric access to the app; 2) It has several features, like access to FICO scoring, I hold to be QUITE useful.
6. Especially when making a payment on their credit card.
7. It's hard to feel ok going all in on their ecosystem of products when you know they are willing to make your life more difficult because it might benefit them. The new update, the new bugs.
8. I strongly recommend using the app for this rock-solid institution!dates are limited to 90 days when researching older transactions and I dont see any information regarding the limitation.
9. Can easily pay an unexpected bill or set up auto pay for the weekly or monthly payments you might have.
10. All my other credit cards this feature works.
11. Yes, with stylus or mouse too.I have the Alaska Airlines Credit Card.
