1. Such a hassle and frustrating process for having all proper verifications in order and still being prevented from having easy access to your account.
2. On the positive side their customer service agent, at the call in number provided in error message, was very helpful and friendly.
3. All of a sudden the app won't work, can get my info to load and it keeps giving me an error message.
4. It does not let me log into my account and keeps throwing up an error message.
5. Great!Terrible how it only has a short account history, most recent 10 or so transactions and balance view.
6. I've tried multiple times to do this function, but it simply gives me a generic error message asking if I've put my information in correctly.
7. First off, I setup fingerprint access to make it faster and convenient to view my balance and it did not work.
8. Like others have stated, even though it's accessing the same EDD card information tied to you, you have to use a different login via desktop access instead of the same login for the app.
9. The website works on my computer but it would be so much more convenient if I was able to login to my account via this app.
10. I guess desktop only because the app does not work.It finally works and I can actually check my balance, but these complaints are small.
11. Most frustrating is that it says it sent a verification code to my original email and it never reaches my inbox.
I was trying to transfer money through money gram and my card was declined and theoney is there. It also declined the other day when I was at Walmart and the money was there can you help me with this please
Please I did a transfer to my account and it got returned to the originator!! Please when should I be expecting my money In my prepaid card
