My Customer Insights

1. Ordered another on thru the app, it never came or was ordered until I called the bank... And then after that my balance never changed my card wasn't linked to my bank balance... and led me to believe I had more than I really had in the account.

2. would rate higher if the error message would have been accurate for my version of Android.This is a terrible app! It makes you change passwords alot and declines purchases for no reason.

3. Fix it please.Works great to lock and unlock card, but the account balance quit updating.

4. I really enjoyed being able to see every transaction my card made and the ability to turn the card off if it got lost, but it no longer works.

5. P.S I closed my account just because of thisI love the instant alerts! I do wish I was able to transfer money from savings to checking.

7. Got a voicemail when I called the number.if you get the "Verify apps" message, newer versions of Android don't call it this so you will never find this setting.

9. When it declines purchases it doesn't leave information for the bank to know why the decline happened.

10. I'm considering changing banks only because I rely so heavily on online banking accuracy.so many bugs and issues that it's not worth the trouble.

11. When attempting to reset my password, i have to write the security code down because switching from my email app to this app will completely erase what I've typed.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix My Issues

1. Fix My Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart My: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the My App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My" » Open My Mobile Money Access » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for My » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear My Mobile Money Access app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My Mobile Money Access" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check My app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall My. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing My not working


2. Fix My Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make My be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to My not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, My may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
