1. would be nice if they linked your Affinity credit card to the online banking so you could see it with the restof the accounts, and needs the option to setup recurring etansfers, but otherwise I have no complaintsMy e transfer says I can't add a contact, says I need to add Letters, Hyphens, and Spaces.

2. Greatly disappointed and frustrated.this is an easy and safe way to control and keep track of your money.Even though this app has had some updates to improve user experience, there are still some basic functions that are missing versus other competitor apps.

3. My biggest beef with the new platform is that any accounts with a line of credit will only show the balance including the available credit.

1. Fix Affinity Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Affinity: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Affinity App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Affinity" » Open Affinity Mobile » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Affinity » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Affinity Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Affinity servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Affinity Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Affinity app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Affinity might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Affinity. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Affinity then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Affinity not working

2. Fix Affinity Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Affinity be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Affinity not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Affinity may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
