1. Someone please fix this and make my work life easierAlso couldn't access until I went to Google, typed in Chase bank, came up, sent a code, typed in everything and was on board just that quickly! It works, just can't download the app but can go to Google Everytime, no problem.Sucks! Just like everyone says! Got on my laptop.

2. The JPMorgan Chase does not work on android either as dozens have pointed out.Tells me, I need a desk top computer to finish instalation? Why? I use an Android Tablet now.

3. I can't make a 3 hour drive just to check my balance or do simple transactions! I am very unhappy.You would think a large company like Chase could come up with a stand alone app that doesn't need a desktop to sign up.

4. When i open to login the buttons wont work and i cant even force close it because it automatically hids when you go to close apps this app sucks and dont recommend.

5. There is NO SUPPORT, anywhere to push to get the so called code! Just did what someone said about just go to Google & put in chase bank.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix J.P. Morgan Access Issues

1. Fix J.P. Morgan Access Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart J.P. Morgan Access: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the J.P. Morgan Access App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "J.P. Morgan Access" » Open J.P. Morgan Access Mobile » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for J.P. Morgan Access » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear J.P. Morgan Access Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from J.P. Morgan Access servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "J.P. Morgan Access Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check J.P. Morgan Access app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, J.P. Morgan Access might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall J.P. Morgan Access. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall J.P. Morgan Access then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing J.P. Morgan Access not working


2. Fix J.P. Morgan Access Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make J.P. Morgan Access be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to J.P. Morgan Access not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, J.P. Morgan Access may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
