1. I'm still grateful for any time I do get to see him or hear his voice though.So complicated! After I log in on the app and click "securemail" it asks me 3 times if I'm sure I want to leave the page! Then it takes me to another page where I have to log in again! And there's no option to save my login info, so I have to type it in every time.

2. You try to use charge card "on-line" or through the "app" only to get "There has been an error processing your credit card" or "Error The system is currently unavailable" so you have to call them.

3. at a facility in the early stages of searching the facility, as it is now the only real way to be sure a certain product is available is by going to the item & reaching the point where it doesnt work for you.

4. For instance, there had to be dashes in the card number, the expiration date of the card had to be the full year (ex: 10/2026, not 10/26), and you had to select either Mastercard or Visa.

5. idk better off calling there are so many bugs in this Google system but if you choose just mobile phone the program seems to work.

1. Fix Access Corrections Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Access Corrections: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Access Corrections App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Access Corrections" » Open Access Corrections » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Access Corrections » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Access Corrections app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Access Corrections servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Access Corrections" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Access Corrections app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Access Corrections might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Access Corrections. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Access Corrections then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Access Corrections not working

2. Fix Access Corrections Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Access Corrections be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Access Corrections not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Access Corrections may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
