1. I am always getting error debiting transaction amount! This will be the last time i will be using your bank then good riddance to you aub! Thank you for not fixing this issue for several months! Congratulations in adding up to your customers problems!At first it was okay ..I've made a smooth transactions I've been using this for like a year now....and I'm starting to feel disappointed ... 4 days ago my boyfriend just transferred money to my bank account which is this bank ...and I've been waiting to recieve the money up until now coz I do really need it but I don't know what happen I still haven't receive the money ..we already complain the bank but they just send us the same 4 email's that they've been sending us 4 days ago 🥺🥺🥺Base UI it is verry simple ang userfriendly which good, however in the profile section when i clicked the Report Problem it will to go the transaction history, it...

2. Dont ever try to download this app! WORST THING YOU COULD DO !!!! I suppose to receive two payments, it's been 3 days but until now I cant see it on my account! People download this app for fast reliable transaction but so far all you guys did is to disappoint! Congratulations for making the worst banking app! The app sucks! The costumer service sucks! Are you guys not thinking how important all those transaction to us? You're just making you're costumers anxious all the time! I want my money !If it is possible to leave ZERO STARS I'd do it in have a heartbeat! Everytime I try to make a money transfer or load transaction, the app will say "TP error" or "Debit error" even though i still have a sufficient existing balance! This app should have the most convenient of all the banking apps I've had previously, but if this problem persists I'm uninstalling this app and WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THI...

3. And another problem from google adsense payment, google adsense emailed me that my payment sent on july 30, 2023 but until now there is no money on my hellomoney app account.

4. i repeated doing it for a week.The RediMoney to HelloMoney transfer feature is useless, you need to go to branch to complete tranfer, which is definately a hassle effort.

5. If you can't do transfering from RediMoney Account to Hello Money account online, then remove that feature from the app.

6. Where did it go?I encountered error debiting amount and i email yiur customer support but i don't get any response.

7. I even go to one of your AUB branch but i need to wait for 5 to 7 days before my account can be fixed.

8. Why i get directed to the transaction history, my main purpose is to report a problem, fix that issue.

9. If there's a negative number here that will be my rate to your service.customer service I was on hold for 35 mins twice then the call gets dropped.

10. I'm calling also your Customer Support phone number but it's been 20 minutes but there's still no available customer support.

11. It's my money why do I need to wait for that long.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix HelloMoney Issues

1. Fix HelloMoney Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

  1. Restart HelloMoney: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the HelloMoney App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "HelloMoney" » Open HelloMoney by AUB » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for HelloMoney » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear HelloMoney by AUB app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from HelloMoney servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "HelloMoney by AUB" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check HelloMoney app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, HelloMoney might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall HelloMoney. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall HelloMoney then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing HelloMoney not working

2. Fix HelloMoney Server issues & Internet Connection

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make HelloMoney be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to HelloMoney not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, HelloMoney may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
