1. Going to uninstall because other problems (various other errors) also exist!!!! Website works pretty good.The app used to work okay and had a very clean, simple layout listing all the information you need at a glance.
2. This also causes your account to be locked and you will need to unlock it.Latest version (Dec 1,2020) does not work with blue-light filter overlay on phone.
3. It really looks like your financial institutitution threw up in my credit card app.Card app is intentionally made to create difficulties for the end user.
4. However after a recent update, now the layout now looks more "trendy" or updated but I have to hunt for the info I need, as it's no longer all listed without clicking drop downs and multiple font sizes compete for attention.
5. My phone (Pixel 4XL) does not have a fingerprint reader, so I can't speak to that, but I wish the app incorporated face recognition like my other credit card app.
6. This is the most difficult financial app of any that I use, but of course you cannot choose a different one to use with your card! Will definitely affect my decision about replacing this card with a different company's.I have never been more disappointed with your company.
7. Prev version worked fine with my blue-light filter (cf.lumen). Took me a while to figure out, was forced to upgrade app, & when I did, I could log in, but no hot links worked at all when pressed.
8. It never saved any login info and always made me answer a security question every single time I logged in.
9. Now it's very difficult to navigate, slow to load, and looks like a horrible port of your desktop version.
10. Other apps have given error mssg when this happens (Google pay won't work without disabling blue filter).
11. That's bothersome and I've called and asked if they're doing maintenance at that moment on the app, which is fine, but my user experience has gown down.
