1. Stay AWAY !Downloaded this app to try to access my account after their webpage was changed and it would no longer let me log in to my account...have tried different browsers, different devices, and have tried to call customer service (the automated system keeps hanging up on me after it says it is transferring my call).
2. The payment disappears on the date, so I've made a double payment before and had a crazy credit on my account.
3. So for that reason, i only rate it two stars.I was torn between a 2 and 3 star rating because although it seems to be user friendly (I just downloaded the app), it doesn't seem to want to accept the amount I choose to pay.
4. There's definite improvement needed in BOTH! the inaccuracy in card availability is nuts! I've had several instances where I'm going off the app to show me pending transactions only to not see items listed that I know I seen on the website.
5. Update: I upgraded the app, took it off of my phone and put it back and it STILL DOESN'T WORK!! Enough is enough.Worst app and credit card.
6. Went to enter my bank account info (twice) to make a payment and got nothing but the spinning wheel of death.
7. Even after paying my account in full, it shows the wrong available credit.
8. I can log on to the website fine but not the app and The website won't let you make a payment so my solution will be to cancel the account.
9. You can't even pay your bill with it because it keeps freezing your phone, then they want to charge you $10 when you call to pay your bill! So many things it doesn't cover then you call in and they tell you it doesn't work for that.
10. My account statements, my credit limit, the fees, etc., have all showed up ( expensively) without a glitch.
11. HORRIBLE APPThis app is great for making payment on your account.
