1. With delayed transaction record and no clear calculations on how much points was earned, I believe many users find it annoyingThis app deserve lower then one star but dot have options to give that.

3. Extremely slow and even after 10 login attempts I am not able to see anything other then a blank screen.
4. Citi is clearly aware of the extreme slowness because users have been complaining for years but it has done nothing about it.
5. Fix your trash app.API calls tend to be slow and random blank screen.
6. Before this issue it was already poor and slow software, but the inability to open it at all is very bad.
7. Every time I go to pay bills, rent, credit cards, transfer money to friends- anything, the whole service is down.
8. For example, the transaction only show record in the app after 3 days.
9. Why would you reply that *standard* android functionality is not supported? I told you that.App won't open, stuck loading.
10. I suggest the developers check out the apps from their competitors or Citibank USA.
11. It would seem they wrote this without any comparable apps as benchmarks, like we did in the '80's.I gave a 1 star review back in 2018.
