1. Can't think of anything I'd like that isn't available in the app except perhaps being able to use rewards to buy fuel - for that, apparently, one has to call in after charging fuel spend to card.Almost most of your customers are experiencing the same issues which have previously been highlighted by customers in your feedback rating.
2. Allows total card management - enabling domestic & international usage, setting spending limits, monitoring charges, making payments, statements & card history.
3. I am not able to do further transactions despite full available limit, because the outstanding amount has not been updated.
4. Still this app shows Outstanding Amount same as total billed amount and payment received as zero.
5. For example the manage card section is in the bill pay section, which is not related to setting your card transaction limits.
6. The available limit got increased to the total limit of card.
7. In the laptop site also you can't find the manage card tab, it is in the block/unblock cards section.
8. I have made the payment about a fortnight back and I got a message from CITIBANK that the payment has been received.
9. Will Uninstal the app if the problem continues as too much time to login might attract Hackers.Severely lacks features and I find it very useless.
10. I have been asking them to update for last two years.
11. Third the performance is bad, every screen hangs for ever, you have to close and reopen again.The app is quite user friendly, but all the options are not listed in the main menu.
