1. This app needs a complete rethink and be more customer friendly.*** Update news*** I have been informed that the app has a problem installing on devices that have other Citibank apps from other countries also installed.

2. A fix was supposed to be released early this week (beginning of October) but now Wednesday and still no fix!! If you need this app now, you have to delete the other country citibank apps.Completely different from the guide provided by Citibank Singapore for setting up the OTP and Transaction Authentication generator.

3. All the other apps I installed are working fine.Clicking login immediately says finger print not recognised, but need to tap login first to load finger print recognition.

4. I hope the additional cost to Citibank to send SMSs will force them to reconsider this regressive implementation.Like other reviews, not able to update, so cannot use app.

5. Experiencing this app put my other banking apps like decades behind.Removes biometric login enrollment whenever SIM card is changed thus not travel friendly.

6. This is bad as it discourages good password hygiene and encourages password re-use/simple passwords.After setting up my new phone (Google Pixel 6 Pro with Android 12), I'm not able to launch the app properly.

7. account list very confusing and hard to find needed account - in some place account listed but not click able to see transactions which is frustratinglots of bugs.

8. Seems really buggy.After the recent update, the only way to generate a OTP through the Citi Mobile token is to login through the app, then go to settings, then tap on Generate OTP.

9. Please go back to providing the Online Security Devices as this App is not user friendly and rubbish.The app just stalls and wont function.

10. Also doesn't allow pasting of the password thus making it impossible to use a password manager.

11. Why add in so many steps? Previously one could generate OTP without logging in! I'm switching back to SMS for my OTP and I hope everyone does the same.
