1. It was a same day cancellation so I don't see the point where it can't be aporoved! So disappointing compared to other credit card providers coz when you have a problem and call their hotline, they can immediately provide a solution to your concern during the duration of the call.
2. But giving a 1 star because I want to request a feature that will allow our phone to emulate the credit card via NFC like the other PH bank app is offering right now.
3. An error message claims that my phone may have been jailbroken or rooted, resulting in the Citi Mobile App denying access to my device.
4. Will you please fix it because i need it to activate badly.This app really sucks! Imagine, you are uploading your ID but it saying that is not clear even it is evident that the captured photo is visible and readable at the same time.
5. Anyways, the functions of the app is superb, easy to navigate and monitor my spendings.I have requested to cancel a request which was accidentally made by my daughter and they said it can't be done.
6. Only biometrics..Pls do help me thank uI tried many times since the the release of my new citibank card and to register this app.
7. If they won't fix this, I will definitely never use this card again or have it cancelled.I tried using the app to pay bills but I wasn't able to do so.
8. But when I use my phone regularly with my other apps, it does not restart, only with the Citi app.
9. I experienced this many times that when logging in, the OTP is not sending to my mobile number quickly, it will take more than 5minutes of waiting.
10. It should have been very easy to place it and show notifications when due dates are near but they chose not to.
11. I guess its more important for them to earn from penalties than provide better customer service.This app is useless.
