1. Bad UX and UI I dont know why thdy updated the interface to make it harder to see the current statement of how much need to be paid and whats the minimum payment needed for eaxh card.
2. no one call back.The latest update does not let you open the app if you have developer options enabled.
3. The app keeps lacking and I cant event open the statement to pay the bill.
4. Laggy UI, super slow startup time and even sometime it has a soft lock that I cannot login.
5. Such a bad experience.App not responsive since the last update Normally it works fine but recently from the last update, app are very buggy and not responsive as it should.
6. I'm unable to use the app.Your app is just broken ! After entering OTP to access pdf file if statement, it just freezes & let me wait forever.
7. I did cash rebate but didn't show credit in my statement and my points were deducted.
8. DEVELOPERS ARE PEOPLE TOO.Slow & not friendly user, Notifications do not work at all times as it should be.
9. Ever since Citi sold to UOB the app is slow and offen unresponsive.
10. I've called call center and she said she will ask the responsible staff to call back since the morning.
11. Can be very embarrassing when you're trying to pay in a shop and the app won't open!!!Bad ui bad ux, just hard to use, awful app.
