Citibank SG Customer Insights

1. Very very very poor, slow, expensive citi miles transfer from credit card to airline so will stop using citi visa card for miles.

2. Citi are interested in profits from you but not providing basic banking functional service.Since they have moved the card activaton to App only there are so many issues.

3. I don't see the use of this Enable Magnetic Stripe Overseas Use function if you still have to rely on an SMS when people are travelling using their local sim card instead.

4. Time to change my primary bank.Brought my Citibank PremierMiles card overseas to use when travel.

5. When I try to authorise online credit card payments, it will fail 2-3 times before finally succeeding.

6. This renders my card useless now for online transactions.

7. I have to navigate to different pages to find the stuff I wanted.Now when I try to pay online and respond by "tapping on the incoming Citi Mobile App notification".

8. So many times more hassle as compared to back when card activation was through sms please look into fixing issues with the app and give more avenues for card activation.App was 1000 times better previously.

9. If these functions are already available, then I'd have to say that the app interface and ease of use leaves alot to be desired.Citibank aren't interested in providing customers with a good banking service.

1. Fix Citibank SG Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
