1. About 30 percent of the time i want to see whats posted i cant.. Much of this could be the way central processes but still id like to have access to my bank when i want it not just when im lucky enough for it to be workingThis app is great when it works, but it doesn't work very often, especially lately.

2. So I am unable to login, confirm login if I use my fingerprint, and if by some miracle I get past the initial screens I still can't use the app.Wonderfully convenient and easy to use.This app makes it simple to keep track of your accounts and is a great way to monitor your spending.

3. A great feature to add would be a breakdown of withdrawls and deposits to document spending i.e. pleasure, bills/rent, and other payments.Something recently changed with the fingerprint login.

4. I also have mobile banking with Security National Bank and their camera portion is perfect.

5. They did improve the mobile deposit portion and it is much better, but it is frustrating that I can't get in to my account so much.Annoying, never lets me log in with either my password or finger print.

6. I think it might honestly be the bank servers since I am also unable to login through my PC as well.

7. I am still very pleased with the mobile app at central bank.You can't set up the app without having it on your desktop first.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Central Bank Issues

1. Fix Central Bank Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Central Bank: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Central Bank App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Central Bank" » Open Central Bank Mobile Banking » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Central Bank » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Central Bank Mobile Banking app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Central Bank servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Central Bank Mobile Banking" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Central Bank app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Central Bank might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Central Bank. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Central Bank then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Central Bank not working


2. Fix Central Bank Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Central Bank be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Central Bank not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Central Bank may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
