1. I love that I change update preferences,transfer funds and make deposits all from one place.This app is so user friendly! Instructional videos are easy to understand and helpful! I love the different things that you can do!external transfer is to long of a time periid! It should be instant since it's electronic!I like this app.
2. Don't know if it's completely the app or the bank just sucks but I've never had a bank that takes weeks to pay a bill and loses deposits not to mention not putting those 2 things in the balance as pending.
3. Thank you for making such an app available for me to use.I wish I could use the app at night to check my bank balances or to take my debit card hold off.
4. The mobile deposit has lost one of our checks, deposits do not show up as pending, bills paid do not show up as pending.
5. Would be such a handy feature for the person receiving the check.If you go into the settings and turn in the alarms it will notify you about anything and everything you want, it's great.
