1. No luck.Constantly crashes, dead end links, just a sad app, makes me wonder about the quality of the company as a whole.I love that I can use the app to get information on my policies and make my payment online.
2. The new version is easy to use, provides all the information I need around my insurance, and helps me stay connected to the Central Insurance company.
3. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it just keeps crashing.Easy to navigate! I like the idea of having paperless access to my information!Just switched to Central, app will not start on my device.
