Just go to login, I'll find the other stuff if needed.I have had an account with Florida Central Credit Union for the last 3 years and everything seemed to work just fine until I had to do a reset on my phone I then re-uploaded the app used the same name and password and it will not let me into my account I have talked to three different people I've even gone online under their website to try and do it and it just will not do it I have never been more frustrated in my life this is the biggest pain in the butt!😠I myself have never had much luck with this app my roommate as a bit better luck but I don't think it's the android or iPhone it's the actual app itself.

2. The bank itself AKA credit Union rather has been good to me nonetheless.App doesn't acknowledge the existence of my device's camera, making remote deposit impossible.

3. The app randomly refuses to load on both iPhone and android and the site frequently 404s through the app preventing me from accessing my money.

4. I have a current phone with android 10.I've never had a bank account with so many issues.

5. It isn't even really an advanced feature to have a fingerprint login anymore, so I'm not sure why you can't make it work reliably.

6. Not sure what it does to the photos to make them black and white for check deposit, but sometime that goes bad too.

7. The quick access function hasn't been working at all and just spins and crashes when I try to reenable it.

8. Also, I don't care for the welcome page wasting time to load before I can login.

9. If it completes loading, good luck getting it to pull your accounts.

10. Not a useful app.Keep getting an error code when I download to Quicken.

11. Horrible bank and horrible appBasic at best, it really needs more features.
