1. Why hasn't this been fixed.You do not show up having made a purchase, and I am having difficulty using my card at some locations such as Walmart customer service for bill pay, made 4 attempts, but still received no notification, your AI system is very old, and none functioning.
2. I've called customer service multiple times but I sit and wait over an hour of listening to that annoying flute/ clarinet music and finally give up and hang up! I'm beyond frustrated!!!!I started using US Direct Express around 5 years ago.
3. I never know the real balance of my account.So handy to be able to check the balance and every transaction made during the month in real time.
4. I would suggest opening a direct deposit bank account at a good bank and spend your money that way.
5. It shows double transactions of the same transaction, when looking at the chart for how I spend my money, it's ALL wrong, takes WAY too long to get the right transactions from Walmart grocery orders.
6. It would be improved if it had a monthly balance to refer to for a specific date, just like credit unions or bank statements.

8. I logged into account and could review transactions from each month, up to a year prior.
9. Direct Express userMine let's me in but starts at open app at playstore and it really ticks me off.
10. I do not feel safe, always being questioned, asked to provide information and unsuccessful resolution.STILL HAVING LOG IN ISSUES PLEASE FIX THIS APP!! This new app has log in issues.
