1. For an app intended for everyday purchases looks like the model was not well thought out.Great App with Fantastic customer Service! I have been using ExpressPay for quite sometime now.

2. Cant we have account linkage and verification as we have for bank cards.The charges are too much compared to normal rate mobile networks charge.

3. Phone has no fingerprint scan only face scan and app doesn't offer face scan to unlock so have to input my password all the time which kinda ruins the experience of the app a lil bit.

4. Aside: app now automatically matches the theme on your phone (so, for me, the app now comes in Dark mode 👌🏽)Very reliable and convenient to use....been using this app for almost 5years now.

5. I wonder why their charges are different,cos of that I uninstalled the app.there is no option for reversing wrong transfers and sometimes u have to call the office before ur transaction processed.

6. Imagine running out of airtime/data and you cant make a purchase because the app wont open.The latest version of the app is prone to crazy delays... So long that you think it's hanged... But nope! It may just be thinking.

7. Hope this gets fixed soon.Dear ExpressPay, It would be great if you disable the mobile money feature under new payment method.

8. Not worth using till its fixed to become responsive againThis is good, little to no bugs and lots of ways of making payments that suit your needs.

11. Sending 6 digits verification isn't enough to authorize a full transfer from any random momo number entered for payment.

1. Fix expressPay Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart expressPay: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the expressPay App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "expressPay" » Open expressPay » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for expressPay » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear expressPay app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from expressPay servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "expressPay" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check expressPay app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, expressPay might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall expressPay. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall expressPay then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing expressPay not working

2. Fix expressPay Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make expressPay be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to expressPay not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, expressPay may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
