Unfortunately they don't they're illiterate 🤦🏻 ♂️After they upgrade to the new version, I completelly cannot connect to my Account , ticket has been created no follow-up it seems after more than a week and still no news and my account is not working This is my first and bad experience I will wait a day and if no reaction I will change to other bank.Great app, I hope you can add English and Arabic language soon, since your site already has English version.No notifications, no English language .

Just a piece of advice you should work on updating the app and add English language as your app for the moment is the worst app in the market.I have decided not to succumb to the decision of the state that has just taxed purchases from abroad, I confirm that I have just emptied my bank account and I will close it very soon as well as many of my acquaintances, since this last one was created only for one reason and that is the purchase from abroad.

4. Developers need to work on this app.It's very slow to show my recent transactions, sometimes it takes up to a week without showing my last transactions.

8. It doesnt show my recent transactions in the same day and most of time it shows errors.
9. And sometimes it shows me an error and won't let me check how much I have in my account, plus it's not nicely looking and not well organized.
10. One the baddest app I tried in my whole life .how you dare to call it an app it crashes with no reason and I can't get any information.
