1. Unfortunately they don't they're illiterate 🤦🏻 ♂️After they upgrade to the new version, I completelly cannot connect to my Account , ticket has been created no follow-up it seems after more than a week and still no news and my account is not working This is my first and bad experience I will wait a day and if no reaction I will change to other bank.Great app, I hope you can add English and Arabic language soon, since your site already has English version.No notifications, no English language .

2. Just a piece of advice you should work on updating the app and add English language as your app for the moment is the worst app in the market.I have decided not to succumb to the decision of the state that has just taxed purchases from abroad, I confirm that I have just emptied my bank account and I will close it very soon as well as many of my acquaintances, since this last one was created only for one reason and that is the purchase from abroad.

3. Really my account has been very active, I hope BANK OF AFRICA will not disappear because apparently you will suffer serious losses ...Very bad unorgonized app.

4. Developers need to work on this app.It's very slow to show my recent transactions, sometimes it takes up to a week without showing my last transactions.

5. I've had an account on another bank (abroad) and the app was way better and faster, that's why I'm seeing this huge difference.Really a waste of time.

6. And the worst above all there is no English language if it's really a bank of Africa.

7. I hope you guys work on a better version, that's what your customers need, I hope you take this seriously.

8. It doesnt show my recent transactions in the same day and most of time it shows errors.

9. And sometimes it shows me an error and won't let me check how much I have in my account, plus it's not nicely looking and not well organized.

10. One the baddest app I tried in my whole life .how you dare to call it an app it crashes with no reason and I can't get any information.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix BMCE Direct Issues

1. Fix BMCE Direct Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart BMCE Direct: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the BMCE Direct App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BMCE Direct" » Open BMCE Direct » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BMCE Direct » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear BMCE Direct app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BMCE Direct servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BMCE Direct" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check BMCE Direct app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BMCE Direct might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall BMCE Direct. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BMCE Direct then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BMCE Direct not working


2. Fix BMCE Direct Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make BMCE Direct be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to BMCE Direct not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, BMCE Direct may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
