1. It's just a real hassle to use.Love the snapshot of account balances without having to log in! Super easy to transfer money, deposit checks, and view transaction history.

This is a reinstall and it freezes on the blank white screen that would be where you'd enter a password ..but there's a zoom button which won't let you zoom back out, as if zooming in is a feature you'd need at all? It shows that this credit union doesn't invest in the technology at all.The newest update is horrible.

1. Restart iQ Credit Union: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the iQ Credit Union App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "iQ Credit Union" » Open iQ Credit Union » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for iQ Credit Union » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear iQ Credit Union app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from iQ Credit Union servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "iQ Credit Union" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
