What ever you click it just refreshes but the older version works fine and also I don't see why we got to pay for the cards when other apps offer theirs freeWorst experience ever using this app I had to reset my phone for some reason I can't log back into my account which is very disappointing I won't really recommend this app.

3. The idea behind this app is good, but the app and customer service is very bad.I bought airtime from noupia for over a week and haven't received it.

4. I paid for my card and they terminated it before it was expired and I've paid for a new one they debited my account but haven't given me the new card yet And this is causing me great lost as a digital marketer.

1. Fix Noupia Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Noupia: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Noupia App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Noupia" » Open Noupia: Virtual Card » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Noupia » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Noupia: Virtual Card app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Noupia servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Noupia: Virtual Card" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Noupia app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Noupia might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Noupia. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Noupia then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Noupia not working

2. Fix Noupia Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Noupia be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Noupia not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Noupia may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
