1. Not a good impression.This app has worked perfectly for 4 years but it no longer shows my transactions or deposits.
2. Jump through a bunch of hoops repeatedly, get a connection, wait forever, page loads, and then the text-based browser (app in this case) gives me a vague error message: "Oops! Something went wrong.
3. Even did an update this morning with no problems! Giving 3 stars back since the creators listened! Worked fine for about a week before requiring an update.
4. It's made using my unemployment easy, and setting up the transfer to your checking account is very very easy.
5. **oh, this is one star after the myriad of issues I went through enrolling, and unlocking the account in April alone**App is okay.
6. Be nice to see pending deposits, my phone's currently off atm, so I can't check my card balance by calling and decided to try the app again.
7. You can't transfer funds into your account and it only has very basic features.
8. There aren't fancy bells and whistles that make it confusing, but it looks good and is well designed.
9. All was well until the same point, And when you know, my call was dropped again!Slow, repetitive and most of the options don't work.
10. Rather than tell me they couldn't help me / couldn't figure out the issue, they dropped the call.
11. The agents who worked with me were helpful until my technical issue.
