1. Left and came back later to the app,and im being told tk verify email while logging in,and no email has been received from them for hours, I'm just stuck here.Scam of an app after paying 100 naira from my account to get a loan the next thing was service unavailable.

Can't get a loan, though I have been upgraded, they subcontract their customer care support to people who use their personal numbers & switch them off on weekends You email support in-app, they respond 2 days later.

8. Please dont waste your data to download the app its the worst have ever experienced.They are fraudster, after deducting my money, they refused to send otp they have been sending easily when I hadn't made #200 payment.

1. Fix BoroMe Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart BoroMe: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the BoroMe App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BoroMe" » Open BoroMe » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BoroMe » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear BoroMe app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BoroMe servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BoroMe" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check BoroMe app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BoroMe might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall BoroMe. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BoroMe then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BoroMe not working

2. Fix BoroMe Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make BoroMe be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to BoroMe not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, BoroMe may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
