1. My phone or app wouldn't recognize when I pushed the number 1.when in a financial issue comes about I have to drive and go out of my way to go change a payment or move a payment like I still live in the stone age when this is the 21st century and this app doesn't allow you to change payment.

2. I have been with this credit union for awhile now and I gotta say, they are always on the ball with my funds and are always looking for new ways to show customers support! (Also, the UI of this app couldn't be any easier to navigate! Trust me, if your grandmother can press buttons and can read, then BOOM! Then this is the one for her!) 😁While in Texas I could not access my account.

3. I am able to move money, deposit all from the appGreat app, very detailed information and is easy to understand I highly recommend, very satisfied with the service great banking systemPretty terrible app.

4. I cannot, however, comment on how reliable bill pay is or other key features such as loans and external transfers because I have not yet used them.Very useful app, but a couple issues with the newest version.

5. When photographing checks it now "automatically" takes the picture, sometimes before I am ready resulting in an incomplete image & requiring me to delete the image & photograph it again.Fantastic 👏, absolutely recommended.

6. It beats going to the bank.I love this app, it's so user friendly, and makes banking on the go a whole lot easier.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix All In CU Issues

1. Fix All In CU Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart All In CU: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the All In CU App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "All In CU" » Open All In CU Mobile » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for All In CU » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear All In CU Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from All In CU servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "All In CU Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check All In CU app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, All In CU might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall All In CU. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall All In CU then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing All In CU not working


2. Fix All In CU Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make All In CU be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to All In CU not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, All In CU may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
