1. I love my bank but definitely not the app right now.I've been with PFFCU for almost 20 years and I love banking with this establishment but lately the app has been the worst! This is the only banking app that it takes forever to access.

2. First off I love having PFFCU as my financial institution, the staff is always super helpful if you need to contact them for any reason.

3. If you have multiple accounts they all have the same account number and the app does not give you the prefix for ACH purposes.App works mostly well.

4. What pffcu needs to do is invest in creating a real ability experience and create tools that make payments and tracking finances easier.

5. It takes longer to load, and sometimes gives me a previous balance ( wont update my balances correctly) and I have to log out and back in and it still wont be right.

6. Sometimes it goes straight through and other times I have to erase my password, that I know I typed correctly, to only retype it for it work.I had this app before the new update.

10. I try to log in and it always tells me it's taking a long time to load and has taken upwards of 20 minutes to log into my account.

1. Fix PFFCU Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart PFFCU: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PFFCU App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PFFCU" » Open PFFCU Mobile Banking » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PFFCU » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PFFCU Mobile Banking app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PFFCU servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PFFCU Mobile Banking" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check PFFCU app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PFFCU might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall PFFCU. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PFFCU then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PFFCU not working

2. Fix PFFCU Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PFFCU be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PFFCU not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PFFCU may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
