Money Network Customer Insights

1. Now, I can't even open my account and everytime I try to open my account to check my balance, it says the phone is not trusted and I get an email saying that someone is trying to sign in from another phone (which has been my phone this whole time).

2. Also will not work on a number of certain public WiFi's due to 'security risks' or something of that nature which can be very inconvenient when trying to use a public WiFi for a quick balance check or anything else.

3. When I try to click certain buttons when setting up, they'll jump away from my finger suddenly and I literally have to keep tapping until the button finally clicks.The app used to be good, but for the past few months, it has been getting a lot of weird errors and crashing.

4. Now, to log in, you have to tap past several recurring dialogs, get email verification multiple times per week even if your device is supposedly "saved" as authorized and even then half or more of the time an "error" will occur and it won't let you on.

5. It's literally just such a hassle with how much this app struggles.So, my issue is the literal logging in itself, normally it shouldn't be the first issue but that's the first bug you encounter on this app, the letters disappear and backspace on its own and it'll do it randomly and out of nowhere, hell when you get to it you complete it the system suddenly forgot you logged in despite being on it just a minute ago.

6. From it's repeatedly buggy security issues and login info being messed with, it's an unsafe and unhelpful money app.

7. Buggy slow web components!!!!Requires fairly frequent updates which can take up a moderate amount of space- Not good if your short on storage space.

8. Don't post a phone number that doesn't work for people’s cards.

9. I haven't been able to add my phone as a saved device for whatever reason, even though it should already be a saved device.

10. I got to the security question screen, and the continue button would not turn blue, despite me selecting the questions and typing the answers to said questions.

11. After trying to get the app to accept the security login, it locked me out of my account.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Money Network Issues

1. Fix Money Network Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Money Network: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Money Network App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Money Network" » Open Money Network® Mobile App » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Money Network » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Money Network® Mobile App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Money Network servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Money Network® Mobile App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Money Network app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Money Network might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Money Network. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Money Network then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Money Network not working


2. Fix Money Network Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Money Network be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Money Network not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Money Network may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
