1. I love the show and I love the idea of having all the personalities in one place but I can't get this new app to work! It keeps freezing up, closing randomly, my downloaded sessions keep disappearing, and every time I switch back and forth to a different speaker, the app just crashes.

2. I do not see real time money amount remaining as I move through the month and encounter extra money or fall short.I love the app, but I don't like how when I "watch" the show by video, that after a minute the screen goes black.

3. I also love that I can listen without mobile data or wifi if I download the episodes first!I love having all my podcasts in one location! My favorite treat in the app, is the gazelle, when listening at max speed.

4. So far I've really enjoyed the usability and the feature to save clips from the show! Great addition, and one I've been scribbling down on a napkin in the kitchen for years, I'm glad to have a better system.

5. My one suggestion for improvement is that the new sleep timer no longer allows you to see the time counting down once set (which the previous version did) and once set you can't tell for sure that it is set - which creates problems.I enjoy it alot.

6. I'll be listening to a down loaded show, and then a live shows comes on and I have Dave talking on two different shows.

7. It no longer frequently freezes/crashes (it doesn't at all anymore!) Has a great new view with show notes.

8. If I'm making dinner and can't touch the screen frequently, then I lose the show.

9. Other than that, I love the App!App works great for the most part.

1. Fix Ramsey Network Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ramsey Network: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ramsey Network App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ramsey Network" » Open Ramsey Network » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ramsey Network » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Ramsey Network app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ramsey Network servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Ramsey Network" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ramsey Network app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ramsey Network might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ramsey Network. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ramsey Network then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ramsey Network not working

2. Fix Ramsey Network Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ramsey Network be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ramsey Network not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ramsey Network may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
