However, there is room for improvement.This app is very good but the problem am having with it is u can not use it to refund back to customer when they are debitedWhat is going on? over three days i deposited #12,000 NGN to someone and uptill now the person has not received it but the report was successful, only to wake this morning i could not log into my wallet, the system prompted me to update my app which i did but still the same result please you should do something fast about it because i have over #100,000 NGN in that wallet, this was i lost #15,300 NGN in this same network.Freedom Network need more hands in customer services.
2. 👷I love using your app to withdraw but once it comes to airtime, bills and deposit, that's where the problem is, that's why I stopped using your pos Bcos on several occasions I sent money to my bank account so that I can go withdraw cash from the bank only to reach there and discover that the money did not drop and it takes days before it gets resolved, leaving me helpless and frustratedSo I had over #70,000 on the app the last time I checked.
3. I can be sure that freedom network is working on improving the user experience of these application and both functional & non-functional requirements are been upgraded daily.

5. Well a lot has been done and seamless updates have been made to the application so far.
6. I found just #4,000 and there was no transaction history for how I lost my#70,000 This is the worst POS service I have ever encountered.
7. I'm giving 1star because there is no option for zero star or minus 1million star.
8. I strongly recommend 👌Freedom network is good.
9. Raising dispute and spending weeks before it is attended to is not ideal.
10. Alot has improved since the last system upgrade.
11. At least, withing 24-48hrs, it should be attended to with feedback.
