I have shared this with my coworkers as a resource to utilize and pass along when we get those types of calls.🐈 A great guide for cat and dog basic first aid! 🐕 While not a replacement for proper veterinary care, this app is very well done and easy to follow, full of useful info for dealing with a large variety of problems pet owners might face - with not just facts, but also videos to guide you in performing emergency first aid properly.

1. Restart Pet First Aid: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Pet First Aid App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Pet First Aid" » Open Pet First Aid » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Pet First Aid » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Pet First Aid app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Pet First Aid servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Pet First Aid" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Pet First Aid app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Pet First Aid might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Pet First Aid. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Pet First Aid then reinstall.
