1. Please fix this bug asapNothing gets booked on this app, food/shopping apps work more seamless, booked an appointment amount was deducted but the app does not show up any appointment in the orders tab, raised a ticket even this is not reflected in my tickets section.
2. When tried to contact Medibuddy team they keep on replying to every email with weblink and details when issue is related to Mobile app.
3. Even when I tried creating a ticket 3 times from within the app and everytime it showed an error but later, on checking tickets, it shows 3 open tickets.
4. I've been trying to log in to ky corporate account and everytime error code shows and this message please try after sometime.
5. When I had subscribed the Gold membership, the cashback got credited to my Corporate account instead of Personal account (same personal email ID for both).
6. This issue is happening everytime and then I have to call your support to get fixed, why can't you get this issue fixed once and for all.
7. But I'm not able to login to my corporate insurance account.
8. Now I am not able to utilise the cashback as the app throws error that I can't use it due to Corporate policy.
9. Finally on last mail they asked me to call the customer care toll free number.
10. We need to call the customer care to follow up the status each and every time.
11. Everytime I try to book an order the app freezes and does not complete my order, but deducts the amount from my bank.
Hello, I would like to delete my medibuddy account permanently. Hence all my data will be deleted in this. Requesting you to delete my account in medibuddy.
