1. DO NOT DOWNLOAD! You are better off calling and good luck with that!App doesn't work as of today when I opened it it has a sub menu pops up that says we've updated and it gave two choices update or find care when you click update it takes you to the Play Store where it simply says open or uninstall then you just loop back and forth between those two screens.
2. Otherwise, I'm glad it was brought to my attention, I never knew those perks were available for meIt says my phone is rooted? Update after response: How exactly do I further explain this? It says my phone is rooted.
3. I have no complaints! I would absolutely recommend esp since, in my opinion, they have the largest network of doctors!I loved the app in the beginning, but now when I'm trying to access my benefit rewards it navigates to another sign in screen and everytime I enter my log in information it automatically resets and never actually logs me in... So I can't select the $100.00 Amazon gift card for getting the COVID-19 vaccine.
4. Calling in is just as frustrating, but at least that isn't on the dev/admin teamCan't seem to get in contact with anyone about the latest update, it keeps telling me that an update is available but when I go to Google play store there is no update.
5. the positive thing my online insurance card was available and primary doctor was listed with contact info which is what I was needing.Have had no issues with them since we recieved the benefits.
6. Update 22 June 2022: Different make/model phone, but similar issues.
7. My hours are the same as theirs so something as simple as an email is a game changer for some of us, huge bonus that it's a real, helpful and nice person EVERY single time.
8. Fix-ItSame issues as others; app won't launch claiming the phone is rooted when it isn't.
9. I love being able to send an email and have a response from a knowledgeable living breathing human being in a descent amount of time.
10. Go to contact us to schedule a call and it is another error message saying it's not available.
11. After researching what a rooted phone is, why tf would you even care if someone's phone is rooted.
