Why should I report an Issue with LIFE Pharmacy?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Each time you need to sign in you must recieve otp sms!!! And there is NO WAY you can change your password as when you browse the app it would open in the Internet browser and never recognise your existing registered email! Moreover, you won't be able to order any kind of medication just supplements beauty items skin care and some machines... why exactly would I bother? Why would I take memory space on my cell phone for this app? Nonsense app sorry!You can't search products, it's just a tool to see your profile (useless).

2. I select 1 start just to share the comment.Horrible app that doesn't even send the sms code on time in UAE so there's no way to activate it! When trying email activation it says someone will call you back! (Which never happened) I used to shop at Life Pharmacy but I will stop now because of this lousy app that offered a discount on next purchase but never delivered!Very un-userfriendly.

3. Update: Even after the feedback write up, no response to pickup.Very Bad .. after uploading all documents to make an order you will not be able to enter your address as the app keeps asking to enter your "Area" although I did that in many times with multiple ways .. such a waste of time !Not user friendly, very slow, Apps won't detect web browser.

Salesperson in the pharmacy asks for a code on the app only to avail a voucher, but since it doesn't load, it never worked and could never use it, awful experience and waste of time, if you are going to build an app at least make it useful or functional, it does exactly the opposite, if I could give it zero stars I would.Complete waste of time!! DO NOT DOWNLOAD.

5. Then I asked to give me a brochure of items which are included for redeeming the voucher, but whichever itemS I selected from the book were also not included, which clearly means its a false Advertising / Marketing campaign to get customer details.

6. I don't need a store locator having Google maps, I don't need to make orders and I don't need to give feedbacks, I JUST WANT A SIMPLE SEARCH BAR.Be careful on online purchase.

7. However, all items I purchased were not included for voucher redemption.

8. At this time and and age, not having a search tool is inadmisible.

9. The app does not work, it stays thinking and never logs on, tried it over Wi-Fi, 5G, LTE, deleted and downloaded it again and nothing worked.

10. They will provide only email address and no customer care number.

11. Also there will be 25Dhs additional charges for return items.

1. Fix LIFE Pharmacy Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart LIFE Pharmacy: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the LIFE Pharmacy App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "LIFE Pharmacy" » Open LIFE Pharmacy » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for LIFE Pharmacy » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear LIFE Pharmacy app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from LIFE Pharmacy servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "LIFE Pharmacy" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check LIFE Pharmacy app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, LIFE Pharmacy might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall LIFE Pharmacy. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall LIFE Pharmacy then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing LIFE Pharmacy not working

2. Fix LIFE Pharmacy Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make LIFE Pharmacy be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to LIFE Pharmacy not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, LIFE Pharmacy may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
