1. Also huge props to the devs for answering my questions and helping me when I ran into challenges, it's rare to see these days! They were also really open to listening to my feedback and I hope to see more new features soon!So easy to use, and the products recommended are excellent! As someone who cares a lot about taking care of my skin but often is overwhelmed by the amount of choices and the lack of clarity as to what products actually work, I really appreciate that eTreat takes the guesswork out of skincare! I'm a believer!The concept of this app is great but the bugs need to be fixed, after a while trying to go to the next page the app will just shut down I had to uninstall.

2. It's really hard for me to find products that aren't just mainstream and popular.... I like skincare that is made by socially conscious brands, organic, affordable, etc... I enjoy tracking how my scars and acne change over time and this app done a good job of that too.

3. Other than that, good app.Very easy to use! Skincare is often difficult for me to figure out, but this had easy to follow solutions for my acne.Experienced a few bugs and emailed the developer.

4. I dont understand how this app helps me aside from being an incomplete acne diary...?Very nice app, suggested nice products based on my picture, my budget, and products I wanted to buy.

1. Restart eTreat Acne: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the eTreat Acne App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "eTreat Acne" » Open eTreat Acne - Personalized ski » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for eTreat Acne » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear eTreat Acne - Personalized ski app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from eTreat Acne servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "eTreat Acne - Personalized ski" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check eTreat Acne app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, eTreat Acne might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall eTreat Acne. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall eTreat Acne then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing eTreat Acne not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make eTreat Acne be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
