1. It's totally a wastage of time.This is the worst app I've ever seen..they even send us duplicate product.. I ordered protinex diabetic care I always order from other trusted website's but there were not available that product so I ordered from here and... I got the worsttt..it doesn't taste like that it's totally different when I ordered the same product..and it cause of diarrhea , acidity..and it should melt when it's mixing with milk but it doesn't it's like plastic rubber when I tried to mixing it..Very negative.

If the person calls in customer care they do not pick up the call and after so much time they pick up the call.. and though the do not have the solution of the problem so they talk very rudely to the consumer and put the person's number in block list.Pros: App is fairly easy to use and they always have better discounts.

3. While placing order my money got deducted successfully but in app it shows payment has not been made and after few minutes order got declined.

4. Even if they show all items to be delivered in next 2 days, customer won't get them even in 4 days.

5. Remaining items still not delivered and can't find any customer care executives or emails to make a follow up.

6. I made an order last week and only partial items delivered.

7. However, when u add the product to cart, they will show the original price not the price as displayed on individual medicine page.

8. And after payment you will see few items were cancelled by the Netmeds Team with the reason items are out of stock and they will refund your money automatically.

9. Order took more than 4 days and both items arrived seperately.

10. After sometime sales team will call you and assure you that he will make items available for the delivery.

11. Neither they have a proper customer service nor they have any deliveries on time.

1. Fix Netmeds Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Netmeds: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Netmeds App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Netmeds" » Open Netmeds - India Ki Pharmacy » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Netmeds » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Netmeds - India Ki Pharmacy app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Netmeds servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Netmeds - India Ki Pharmacy" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Netmeds app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Netmeds might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Netmeds. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Netmeds then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Netmeds not working

2. Fix Netmeds Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Netmeds be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
