1. Scares the life out of me every time, I love having support available 24/7 for the hours our vet wouldn't be open.So good to feel like I'm in the exam room again! We moved during the pandemic, so I've never actually seen our vets face.
2. Sign up was easy with the link the office sent and I love that I don't have to be in the app waiting for the call, but just have it open in the background while I scroll other apps.It fantastic! A bit pricey for not an in-person visit.
3. Professional, educated, patient and caring, 24/7... all in a couple clicks!For a one time fee of $50, a highly professional vet was able to take a look at my rabbit at 1 AM and provide useful information.
4. The app is very simple (just text messaging and payment) and could use more features such as vet's notes, treatment summary, and diagnosis.The app itself is great as is the service.
5. I'm probably going to subscribe to the service because it is absolutely worth it.We needed to do a follow up to her normal vet appointment.
6. Have to exit the window and open again or go from notification panel.So far I've only used the chat options for issues I would otherwise have called our home vet, always same level of helpful.
7. Cheaper than an emergency appointment & doesn't require us to use vacation time.
8. They really care about their members and their pets.The service is great! I am so glad such a service exists.
9. We were offered to do an Airvet instead of a full appointment since it would have only been a few minutes.
10. App be a little slow, chat window doesn't update with latest chats often.
11. Like in a appointment setting where you actually go see a vet, I have felt rushed and forgot to ask pertinent questions...here it's one on one almost immediately and no rush.
