Why should I report an Issue with Blood Donor?

1. I would suggest the ability to add pertinent information to change your ability to donate (i.e. receiving vaccines, antibiotics, STDs, etc.). This would limit inapplicable notifications and would make it easier for the donor to track when they're able to give again.Intuitive design, slick graphics, easy to use for finding Red Cross blood drives, scheduling appointments, and completing RapidPass.

2. The (poorly-designed) filtering tools allow one to specify a location and search radius and a (limited) date range, but not to filter out drives where no appointments are available! You have to look at detail of every drive in a long list to find an available appointment.

3. Not intrusive, easy interface, responsible with my calendar.Good for showing information about blood drives & locations, but lacks tools to make this information useful.

4. I wish there was an option to look at a calendar and pick a drive when the Smart Scheduling doesn't work.They've recently stopped displaying any of my information, and to top it off, the scheduling system seems to be broken.

5. A few nits to pick: it sometimes suggests appointments from earlier that day and, if you do not complete your RapidPass before the appointment, leaves the "Complete your RapidPass" button on the main screen for the whole day.

6. I made an appointment the other day and did RapidPass but when I arrived at the blood drive they had no record of it.

7. Wouldn't it just be easier to show all the open slots only? What's the point in seeing fully booked locations and having to click on them to find out there's no availability.This app has such potential to be really great, but it just isn't.

8. If I'm scheduling less than three weeks out, I have to manually click thru after twenty different drives to find one with openings.

9. The only other complaint I have is probably more an issue with the backend, but I went to a drive at the hospital and the app had no specific location details for where the donations were being taken within the hospital.

10. Beyond that, great app.No way to filter out full appointment days makes this app borderline unusable for my busy urban area.

1. Fix Blood Donor Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Blood Donor: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Blood Donor App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Blood Donor" » Open Blood Donor » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Blood Donor » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Blood Donor app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Blood Donor servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Blood Donor" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Blood Donor app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Blood Donor might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Blood Donor. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Blood Donor then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Blood Donor not working

2. Fix Blood Donor Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Blood Donor be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Blood Donor not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Blood Donor may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
