PetPro Connect Customer Insights

1. I'm getting "access denied" and "unable to save cropped photo." I even tried using the original photo that wasn't cropped and I got the same message.

2. For example every time I try to type a message the keyboard completely covers the message box so I can't see what I am typing.

3. Also, when information is updated by your vet office it takes a week or more to show the change on the app when you login especially when you make a correction; it took almost a month to see that my cat was neutered after I called to see if the information could be corrected.

4. If I can't get the photo upload to work, how am I to know that everything else on the app will work too? Not a good first impression.Great concept, but horrible design.

5. I've enjoyed the ability to message the office, but the window to type is super tiny and impossible to view as you type.

6. If I have to update my password one more time I will be deleting the app!When I open the App it keeps asking for a pin.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix PetPro Connect Issues

1. Fix PetPro Connect Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

  1. Restart PetPro Connect: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the PetPro Connect App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PetPro Connect" » Open PetPro Connect » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PetPro Connect » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear PetPro Connect app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PetPro Connect servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PetPro Connect" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check PetPro Connect app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PetPro Connect might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall PetPro Connect. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PetPro Connect then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PetPro Connect not working

2. Fix PetPro Connect Server issues & Internet Connection

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PetPro Connect be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PetPro Connect not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PetPro Connect may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
