1. When it does work however, it is neat because it provides a lot of your pets health records/history and reminders.The app worked fine in the beginning, but now I have changed my password 6 times and each time it says I still can not log in.

2. Right now, I can't even log in properly bc it keeps telling me to change my password but when I do, "an error occurs" ... I get my vet records emailed to me, but if I can't access them I'm going to have to go back to having them printed each time.
