1. I was thinking of joining Thrive Plus Membership but it doesn't seem that people are very happy with that program so I'm having second thoughtsThe membership benefits will keep me a customer, but this app is useless.
2. Other than that everything is great! I have multiple pets on my account and it makes it a lot easier to see what they're due for instead of having to call or look through my receipts! My mom also has the app and it's great so she can book appointments whenever I'm not available to bring any of them in.Unresponsive and honestly useless.
3. Yes it's been updated Yes I've uninstalled and reinstalled 3x.I have just recently started using thrive and I have been having the same problem as previous customers the app is virtually useless and gives limited information.
4. I was able to use the app to pull some records last week, but now after it seems an auto update happened since then the loading screen now says there's a new version of the app available with a button to take me to the Google Play store to update.
5. Catch to this is that my clinic doesn't come up (even if I zoom into the location it is at), despite it being a thrive clinic AND being on the thrive website.
6. What's the point of having the service and app if it doesn't work??The app doesn't let you do anything until you pick a primary clinic.
7. The app is currently broken and I no longer works at all.*Update 7/31/22* Was able to sign up and use the app really well to access making appointments, invoices and past vaccinations.
8. I highly recommend Thrive.The app was barely holding on to begin with in functionality when I started using it 4 months ago.
9. It doesn't book appointments, the chat is unresponsive.
10. If there was an update, then it didn't help this login/sign up issue.Edit....June 2022.
11. I've tried to uninstall it and install again, clear cache and data before uninstalling and installing again.. it doesn't matter.
