1. Among the 20-30 hearing aid apps I've downloaded, I continue to return to this one as it's most definitely the best! Although I wish the noise suppression option would be somewhat included on the free app because after using it in the trial, without it the sounds are incredibly muffled and mixed together, very difficult to discern between for certain which noise is what.
2. Terrible for anything else! Having to hold the phone means the biggest thing you pick up is noise from your hands touching the mic, which friends out what needs to be heard.
3. The app's adaptive course helped me get used to the hearing amplifier technology quickly, and the dynamic compression feature ensures that even the quietest sounds are amplified without losing overall volume.
4. The software adjustments after testing seem appropriate but may need a little more tweaking to refine some tones/echoes/playback delay.Have found petralex to be incredibly helpful in a time of desperation and need.
5. This is my second round.it works very well with my apple airpods & I'm using a Google Pixel 7pro most of time.The only thing I would say it's a little glitchy when I first pair them up.
6. Please make the noise suppression included!Horrible! It would be really great if there were an option to use the headset mic instead of the phone mic.
7. I used to have hearing aids and I really miss having them because now either I feel lost, confused, or even left out not being able to hear.
8. It's ridiculous to think that someone holding their phone is a good idea!! This would only be good for situations where you can leave a phone on a table and pickup what you need to hear.
9. I highly recommend this app to anyone who needs help with their hearing.Use with Bose sound cancellation head set on Bluetooth.
10. I fixed this issue by uninstalling all other hearing aids apps and completely closed this app.

I never signed up for a year long subscription and am being charged $60!!! I have seen multiple other complaints of the same nature. The email I got back from the company was the worst customer service email I have ever received!! There is no option to cancel your service, although I’m sure you’re already aware! I will not fucking stop until my requests are heard mother fuckers. You’ve messed with the wrong lady!!
I cancelled this subscription 2 days after I got it and just found out you have still been charging me for montbs...u can obviously see i havent been using ig...because I could not afford it and u have charged me over $60.
