1. Very pathetic and delivery tym is too delayed.Every single time you guys don't deliver part of the order.

2. Waste of timeThey claim they are offering huge discounts on medicines in timely manner whereas your local chemist will give you more discount with free delivery within few hours or sometimes in less than an hour.

3. I wish they fix all this and continue to be very good online pharmacy app.I recently used the PharmEasy app to order some medicines and had a bit of a mixed experience.

4. Check PharmEasy app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PharmEasy might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall PharmEasy. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PharmEasy then reinstall.

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PharmEasy be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.

3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PharmEasy may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
